Treasury & operations for youth sports organizations

Run the org.
Not just the team.

A real ledger, real audit trail, and real refund flows — built on Stripe — for the club directors, league administrators, and board treasurers tired of running a six-figure operation out of someone’s Venmo.

The liability you didn’t sign up for

Volunteers shouldn’t need a CFO badge to coach.

Most youth teams run on personal accounts, screenshots, and goodwill. It works until it doesn’t — usually right after a bad audit, a lost receipt, or a parent asking for a refund six months late.

TEAM VENMO ACCOUNTS
Money lands in a coach's personal account. Receipts go to memory. Refunds become a guessing game. Parents stop asking who actually owes what.
NO EIN, NO TRAIL
League dues, tournament fees, fundraisers — all funneled through someone's checking. When the IRS or a board member asks, no one has a clean answer.
$2K+
moves through the average youth team each season — almost none of it on a real ledger.
1 in 3
treasurer handoffs happen with no documentation at all.
Zero
of the dominant team apps issue a refund receipt a CPA would accept.

The treasury layer

Built on Stripe.
Reads like a real ledger.

Every dollar in, every refund out, every payout to the org account — recorded against a named user with a timestamp. The kind of trail your treasurer can hand to your CPA, your board, or the IRS without a stack of screenshots.

What you get

Four jobs. One product.

Built around the four things every team has to do every season — without bolting on the things you don’t.

  1. TREASURY

Dues in, refunds out, every dollar accounted for.

    Replaces

a personal Venmo, a manilla envelope, and a spreadsheet the treasurer prays nobody asks to see

  2. ROSTERS & MEMBERSHIPS

One source of truth for every player, parent, and coach.

    Replaces

a printed sheet that's already out of date

  3. SCHEDULING

Practices, games, and parents on one page.

    Replaces

a Google Sheet, a group text, and a couple of forwarded emails

  4. MESSAGING

Announcements that don't get buried in DMs.

    Replaces

Remind, GroupMe, and the unread thread no one opens

Up and running

Without the IT lift.

  1. Sign up your org

Create the parent organization in under three minutes. Pick a plan when you're ready — not before.

  2. Invite your coaches

Send a single link. Coaches accept, get their team, and start running it the same day.

  3. Run the season

Schedules go up. Payments come in. Messages reach everyone. You stop doing it on nights and weekends.

I started TeamLockr because I’ve watched too many youth sports volunteers run six-figure operations out of a coach’s personal Venmo. The treasurer handoff every fall is a guessing game. The refund every spring is an argument. Nobody hands the board an audit trail because nobody has one to hand over.

TeamLockr enables youth sports organizations to collect membership dues and tournament fees from parents via Stripe, with funds settling to the organization’s verified bank account. Every transaction lives on a per-action audit log under a named user — exportable, refundable, reconcilable.

If you run an org and any of this sounds familiar, I want to talk. You can email me directly.
